I found you through the MHHE list. Noting your focus and location in the NW England, you and your colleagues +readers may be interested in Hodges' model as a resource in your work?
It was developed in Manchester and used by health visitors originally. I am really keen to collaborate with others who might find the model of use in their work.
You can find more on the blog and website listed below and I would be pleased to send anyone copies of papers, answer questions or even arrange a presentation at some mutually convenient time.
